Candy Pour: Color Sort Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Candy Pour: Color Sort version 1.0 on Android. Its Android package name is com.petexspace.ringsort.

PetexSpace maintains this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@petexspace.com.

Candy Pour: Color Sort stores the following data in the application's private storage:

• Your highest unlocked level, completed levels, best move counts, and completion counts.
• Random Challenge progress and tutorial completion status.
• Language, music, sound-effect, volume, and vibration settings.

This data is used only to restore your settings and game progress. Candy Pour has no cloud save or PetexSpace backend.

Depending on your Android and device-backup settings, local application data may be included in a backup managed by Google or your device provider under that provider's terms.

You can remove local data by clearing Candy Pour's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the game.

Candy Pour: Color Sort uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements. Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share data for advertising, analytics, service performance, and fraud-prevention purposes, including:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate a device's general location.
• Product interactions, such as app launches, taps, ad interactions, and video views.
• Diagnostic and performance information, such as crash logs, launch time, hang rate, and energy usage.
• Device, app, and account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and Android app set ID where available.
• Advertising data, such as advertisements presented to the user.

The availability and use of an identifier depend on device settings, consent choices, SDK configuration, and applicable law. The game does not intentionally provide your locally saved progress or settings to the advertising SDK as ad-targeting information.

Data sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS), according to Google's SDK disclosure.

Candy Pour uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request updated consent information and show a consent or privacy-options message when required for the user, region, and published Google message configuration. Where available, you can use that message to make or revisit advertising privacy choices. You can also use Android's advertising controls. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements or processing needed to provide, secure, measure, or prevent fraud in advertising.

Candy Pour has no account system. PetexSpace does not ask you to provide a name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone recordings, or camera data through the game.

Internet and network access are used to load advertising, obtain consent information, and support related advertising functions. The puzzles remain playable offline, although advertisements and consent messages require a network connection.

Local game data remains on your device until you clear Candy Pour's storage or uninstall the game, subject to any device backup you have enabled. Data processed by Google is retained and deleted according to Google's policies, user controls, and legal obligations.

Candy Pour is not directed to children under 13. Its intended Google Play audience starts at age 13.
